Brookline artist Mary Kostman, was awarded Honorable Mention for her ink drawing, "Gesture 4101", in the Cambridge Art Association National Prize Show. The show was juried by Maxwell Anderson, the Director of the prestigious Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City. Of 4,500 pieces submitted by artists from every state, Mr. Anderson chose 121 works for the show and awarded 8 prizes.
